Web1 jun. 2024 · The mesophyll is the ground tissue of leaves present between the upper and lower epidermis of the leaves. The mesophyll is differentiated into palisade parenchyma, and spongy parenchyma in dicot leaves both no such differentiation can be found in monocot leaves.
