WebI said it once and I'll say it again. Oleds have near instantaneous response times resulting in smooth motion at high frame rates with 0 ghosting, smearing or blur. Basically your OLED is so good that it makes the downsides of 30fps content VERY apparent. LFC should help with this. VRR/Gsync/free-sync will help you at 40fps/hz and up.
