WebApr 11, 2024 · The specialist finally did some x-rays/MRIs and I have impingement causing Osteoarthritis in both hips. The left one is the one that's primarily bothering me. I cannot play sports or walk a lot without pain in the groin/hip area. This pain has not gone away in 5 months. I've done about 6 weeks of PT and it's helped a little, but not great.
